The Toronto Paranormal Society was an organisation in Toronto dedicated to the research and study of the paranormal including spiritualism and mediums. It was headed by Fredrick Waters.

Their offices were the site of the murder of Ida Winston by Conrad Hunt. Winston intended to release evidence that the medium, Sarah Pensell, was a fraud ("Elementary, My Dear Murdoch").

The Society caught the attention of Arthur Conan Doyle who traveled from the United Kingdom of Great Britain to attend a seance held by Sarah Pensell and to give a lecture about spiritualism ("Elementary, My Dear Murdoch").
