Epilogue-Bates is the second of three possible endings of Murdoch Mysteries: Nightmare on Queen Street.
Summary[]
Three months later, William Murdoch approaches Dr. Julia Ogden to inform her that a sculptor called Hiram Thackett has been murdered. The wounds are the same as those that killed James Danby.
The visiting detective made a mistake by arresting Dr. Luther Bates for the murders. Bates was hanged and Murdoch says he witnessed the execution. Ogden says that Bates was "odious" but no one deserves to die for a crime he didn't commit.
Murdoch will re-open the case and continue the investigation.
