The Accident[]
- Nurse Liston appears at the scene of the accident ready to assist in any medical emergency. She at first helps Mr. Flannery with his broken nose.
- When Detective Murdoch spots her moving towards Mildred Ash with Dr. Ogden's morphine syringe, he intervenes. Flannery claims that she's a jilted lover, causing her to curse him. However, Murdoch voiced his suspicion that Flannery and Liston were working together to stage this car accident to kill Dilton Dilbert before he could report Water Care Incorporated Company's defective filtration system and bankrupt the company. The two were then arrested.
